Millions of dollars in large organizations have been spent in implementing and maintaining HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems. I mentioned employee surveys, performance management systems, learning systems, yet many of these systems stay disparate. Doesn't it make sense for leaders to put all that information together and tell a story about what is going on in the workforce? How are recruiting efforts, how are candidate assessment and pre-appointment background checks affecting the employment experience? In other words, are new hires becoming more engaged, based on the implementation of these systems than they were formerly? If the data is brought together, that story can be told in an incredible way that can give leaders insight that formerly they don't have.
